Position Description

The internship in our US Investment Team will begin on or about June 1, 2027 and run approximately 10 weeks, through mid-August, with some flexibility for academic calendars. Candidates must be in their Junior year of undergrad (rising seniors).

This is an on-site internship and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require current or future visa sponsorship.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES (CO-INVESTMENTS, SECONDARIES AND PRIMARIES)

Monitoring Existing Private Equity Investments

Primary fund investments
Secondary fund investments
Direct co-investments
Portfolio management and allocation

Supporting the Investment Process

Financial modelling and analysis
Involvement in the diligence process
Preparation of investment models and memorandums
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transactions
Market and financial research
Assisting in AI automation processes

Assisting in the Preparation of Marketing Materials

Fundraising and Secondary pitch materials
Market research
Investor reporting materials

Your profile

Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical ability
Currently in Junior Year of Undergrad (Rising Senior), majoring in Finance, Economics, or Business, or in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, the sciences). Strong candidates from non-traditional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Proven interest in the limited-partner (LP) side of private equity: fund investments, secondaries, and co-investments.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
Proficiency using AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, or Cursor) with sound judgment about their output
